Our Chapter is chartered by Theta Chi Fraternity, an international non-profit organization, which is one of the oldest men's college fraternities in North America. It currently has 162 active chapters and 2 official colonies across the United States and Canada, a headquarters staff of 25, and has initiated over 185,000 members since its founding in 1856. Approximately 8,700 current undergraduate members enjoy Theta Chi's traditions, ideals, and fellowship while those collegians are leaders on campus, in the classroom, and on the field.

Our active brotherhood is now solid with initiates and pledges of quantity and quality and is growing steadily. We also have non-profit, tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(7) social club of the IRS code. As a chapter, all members of our brotherhood, whether new or older, initiated or pledged, are all still treated with respect. All are active members in the fraternity with associated rights and privileges, and are encouraged to take part in all fraternity affairs. The sole distinction is that new members are required to complete an Education Program to fully learn about our fraternity and be qualified for initiation at some point in the future.
